Try This With Me? | Intermittent Fasting Day 1

I’ve been doing research about intermittent fasting for about two months and decided to give it a shot. For the next four weeks I will be following the 16:8 concept which says to fast for 16 hours in a day and eat during an 8 hour window. We’ll see how this goes!
