The best way to strategically evaluate your YouTube content strategy is to setup some A/B tests in your YouTube analytics so you can see how one series of content is performing next to another series of content. For example, which series is getting the most watch time? Or, what series is converting viewers into subscribers the best? Or what video series does your subscriber base resonate with the most vs. what YouTube series do new viewers engage with the most? Knowing the answers to questions like that is a great way to kill off a series that’s no longer performing or meeting your set goals and be able to replace it with a new series idea that may help you get closer to your goals.
