Self Alchemy’s #monthofmindfulness Day 12

Welcome to Day 12 of our #monthofmindfulness. Mindful Tasting Exercise Taste something strong like coffee or a tangerine for example, pay close attention to what happens in your mouth, and then what feelings these tastes evoke. Really try and appreciate how the object tastes and how that object makes you feel. Breath it in dep without thinking of anything else but that object and the feelings it provokes. Try this a couple of times until you have fully understood and appreciated every aspect and emotion of the taste. You can join in as many days as you wish and in whatever way works best for you.
