What I eat in day as a vegan tracking my nutrient and calorie breakdown! Disclaimer- I DO NOT TRACK DAILY! (this vid was the only time I have actually tracked my food!)This video is not meant to tell you HOW MUCH or WHAT you should eat. This is just an example of how you can get all of your required vitamins and nutrients through the day eating 100% plant based! Also, this is just an example of what I eat in a day. The only weird thing is that it shows you losing weight even if you have never put in your weight?
