PN – Making Proud in Joint Training, BPR Ramon Alcaraz Returns to Manila, The Philippine Navy (PN) provided the right arrival and welcoming ceremony for the contingent of 200 people returning on board BRP Ramon Alcaraz (FF16) at Pier 13, South Harbor. Manila, after their successful participation in the 14th Maritime Regional Multilateral Exercise codenamed “KAKADU” 2018 (KA18) held in Darwin, Australia from 31 August to 15 September. Deputy Naval Chief of Staff Robert A. Empedrad supervised the ceremony and joined family and friends in welcoming sailors, marines and reserve forces consisting of the Naval Task Force (NTF) 91 led by its commander, Navy Captain Junjie B Tabuada.
