Ikea is now doing well in China, but it wasn’t always a successful furniture and housewares store in China. The first 12 years, it didn’t make a profit. Ikea had to change the way they do business in China. It had to adapt to the Chinese market. In this video, I show you the Ikea shopping experience in China, and I talk about the changes they had to make in China. Sara and I do a bit of shopping and go for the famous Ikea meatballs.
