Trade and relations between China and Africa have significantly strengthened over the past decade, including the launch of Belt & Road Initiative projects and investment in Africa, which has attracted plenty of attention from the international media. However, the tone of the coverage tends to differ, depending on the country. So what’s the media’s role in shaping such perceptions?
