Chicago Drug Dealer Had Clients (Literally) Lined Around the Block

On June 16, James Triplett’s customers stood in line for heroin, in a line that wrapped around the corner of a block in the North Lawndale neighborhood in Chicago, just before the 33-year-old Triplett and many others were arrested for their various roles in orchestrating a massive drug ring. According to MyFoxChicago, 42 people are facing state or federal drug charges for allegedly supplying and distributing heroin in Chicago’s West Side. Triplett, who is known as “Trell,” reportedly led the operation. He is charged with drug conspiracy and could see 10 years in prison, minimum, if he is convicted. Triplett’s customers can be seen waiting to purchase heroin the way some might stand in line for iPhones or sneakers in a photo (shown above) included in a federal criminal complaint related

Sold Out: The Underground Economy of Supreme Resellers’: Full-Length

On Monday, the first part of Sold Out hit the Internet. The subsequent parts rolled out over the rest of the week, but if you’ve been patiently waiting to take in the entire project in one sitting, your day has come. Above you’ll find the full-length cut of Sold Out, with all four parts edited into a single cohesive whole. If you need a reminder about the story unfolding, here’s Complex Style’s associate editor Karizza Sanchez: In 1994, James Jebbia opened the first Supreme location in a small storefront on Lafayette Street in New York. Five Rules You Need To Know About Legal Weed In Washington, D.C

Not sure how good your memory is, but back in November of 2014, a whopping 70% of Washington, D.C. residents voted for the legalization of marijuana in the district, a measure that is known as Initiative 71. Despite a predicted push back from Congress, almost four months later, weed is now officially legal in our nation’s capitol, as of Thursday, February 26. Now, this doesn’t mean that you and the bros can kick off a massive bong session outside the The White House. There are rules to this. So with that in mind, we put together a video that breaks down what “legalization” means for the District, and what you can and can’t do. Check it out, because I’m pretty sure jail is very un-lit.
