Often in a very short time many injured people will arrive in an MSF hospital. It’s easy to become overwhelmed by the work to be done and all the chaos around but we need our medics and logisticians to be ready to react quickly and effectively in this style of situation. That’s why MSF have created the Multiple Casualty Incident (MCI) training. And, as part of this, we developed 360 video showing the scene from a victim’s point of view.
