Keiser Report: Truth Decay (E1385)

In this episode of the Keiser Report, Max and Stacy discuss the public pension funds piling into ‘alternative assets’ seeking yield. These pension funds need 7.5-8% to meet their obligations and yet are earning only 6.2-6.4% in this low interest rate environment. In the second half, Max interviews Samson Mow of Blockstream and Pixelmatic. They discuss the reasons for the satellites that Blockstream has launched, the advantages to bitcoin of Lightning and Liquid, and the ‘proof of participation’ game token on Infinite Fleet. Life, death and LEGO: Vienna Burial museum uses toys to teach kids the inescapable fact

The Burial Museum at Wiener Central Cemetery in Vienna is using LEGO products aimed at educating children about funerals and to help them better understand and process death. Museum’s head of communication, Florian Keusch, said that when children process grief they ‘have their own rules. It’s better for children to process it with playing and it’s not meant to be playing without advice from the parents with this LEGO product. It’s for therapists and also for parents’. The DOWNFALL Of Justin Trudeau – Opposition Grows & Canada Has Had ENOUGH!

Josh Sigurdson reports on the continued downfall of Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau as the SNC-Lavalin scandal escalates and multiple Liberal Party MPs vocally oppose the Prime Minister. The SNC-Lavalin case involved former Liberal Justice Minister and MP Judy Wilson-Raybould testifying against Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau regarding his alarming push to help SNC-Lavalin to avoid job losses in his Quebec riding. GONZO: We are all Florida man (E10)

GONZO reaches the end of their journey in the swampland in which America’s oldest continuous settlement resides — St. Augustine, Florida. Max and Stacy talk to a historian who tells them that much of ‘history’ is, in fact, the history of selling history. History, at least how it is taught at school, is often spun to put ourselves in the best light and so much of it is myth, or advertisement, rather than fact. But is erasing the negative truths about our history through tearing down monuments, for example, the best way to address the horrible things we have done as a nation? Or is providing context to historical texts, documents, buildings, and monuments a better idea? Confronting our history straight on and examining the consequences. Max and Stacy also talk to a federal agent who says
